Status updates by text message

We offer tracked delivery where you receive text messages with job status updates at every stage of the delivery process, so you know what is going on and when to expect delivery.​

​Booking Received

If you received a booking received text this is because a dealer, buyer or seller just booked transport of a bike with us, there is nothing you need to do at this point please do not call immediately we will not be able to tell you much at this stage, we are aware of the booking and will contact the sender to arrange the collection. You will get a text when the bike is collected we will not just turn up at your house when your out.

Collection​​

If you are the sender / seller you will receive text when we assign a driver for "collection", it will say something like 

"Your driver John is assigned for collection Monday his number is 07772???????", this means we are collecting your bike from the seller or a dealer on the specified day, . there is no need to worry we will not just turn up at your door without advising you about collection day.​

Collected​

We have collected your motorcycle from the sender and your bike is most likely to be on the way back to our depot to be unloaded and stored safely until a different driver loads it ready for delivery to you.  if "Move" has discussed a delivery date with you sit back and relax its in hand. If a dealer has promised a delivery day this may be wrong please text your job number to 07772???????" and let us know your available dates we will try to accommodate.

Delivery

You will receive another text and an email when we assign a driver for "delivery", the text will say something like "Your driver John is assigned for delivery Thursday his number is 07772???????", this means we are delivering your bike on the specified day, We can deliver to your partner, neighbour, or put the bike in your garage, or maybe your work address.
