Essential rules when booking.​

Set the ready to collect date by using the calendar.

only use mobile number in the sender and receiver boxes, our system sends status updates by text message.

If you request a set day for a delivery, you may be charged an upgrade from working 5 - 7days to a set day rate.

If you have paperwork for customers to sign, please fill in the correct boxes on the booking form.

if there is no part exchange, please provide a postage paid envelope on collection.​

if a bike is not ready when we arrive to collect you will be charged a subsidy.
