Condition and delivery pictures
We take pictures of every bike we transport to prove the condition before we load into our van.
This gives you peace of mind knowing that we have these pictures to prove condition before collection.
The collecting or delivering driver is responsible for taking collection and delivery photo's whether its inside the dealership or outside a customer's house these must be taken please allow us time and space to do this.
You can see from the examples below we take a minimum of 9 pictures of every bike, our driver may also take additional pictures of any scratches or dents before loading to cover himself.

Right rear
This photo will show a close up of the silencer and the rear half side of the bike
Right full side
The photo the bike must fill most of the frame but also show some background showing where the photo was taken.
Right front
This photo will show the front half of the bike including side any faring's, frame and engine cases, without handlebars blocking the view of the fuel tank.
Left front
This photo will show the front half of the bike including side any faring's, frame and engine cases, without handlebars blocking the view of the fuel tank.
Left full side
With a full side on photo the bike must fill most of the frame but also show some background showing where the photo was taken.
Left rear
This photo will show a close up of the left hand and the rear half side of the bike including any saddlebags or silencers
Front
The front picture will show the complete windscreen, Headlight and front, handlebar controls and Levers, mudguard and both front fork lowers
Tank and Seat
This picture will show the whole seat and fuel tank, handlebar controls from the rear view.
Rear showing number plate
This picture will show the registration number and rear view of top boxes and panniers where applicable also rear of any silencers etc.
